Hi Sammy, The WorkForce Pro WF-3720 is not designed for sublimation ink. Even if the ink is advertised as being compatible it may not operate reliably or at all. Third-party inks can damage the print heads and affect warranty coverage. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
