Best Buy offers to match the price of other competitors. You need two things to obtain your "lowest price". One, you have to ask the sales person at Best Buy to match the lowest price you have found, they will not volunteer this policy with out you asking for it. Two, you must have the exact model of what you are looking for, and, have proof of the low price of that model. Newspaper ads, store ads, internet ads are all acceptable sources of proof, and of coarse you can always use your smart phone to search for the lowest price.
