  • QuestionWhat's the difference between the WF 3720 and the WF4720?

    Asked by mama.

    • Answer Color prints are doubled in speed with the 4720 (20 pages per min vs 10 pages per min) it also has a doubled duty capacity (30k vs 15k) witch means it's able to withstand double the workload. In my opinion, it's worth the few extra bucks for the speed and dependability.

  • QuestionDoes this printer print off Hallmark Cards as we have a Hallmark program for this?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer It is very versatile in changing paper size. Learning the dialog not so easy. Master the language id harder for those of us that have a language diasability. I enjoy printing my 3x5 photo cards! However, pick the right code and note what code works best for your job.

  • QuestionCan this printer be used with a self standing computer, no wi fi or internet?

    Asked by sandie.

    • Answer I have not even considered that as I am using with a Laptop and printing by remote using WiFi. It does have a small panel on the front left side that will accommodate a USB drive so I would guess it likely works printing from a self standing computer without WiFi or internet. I would talk with someone at Best Buy or maybe google Epson and look up information on this model.

  • QuestionHas anyone had any problems printing Avery labels through this machine - Address labels, cd labels, etc...

    Asked by curiousconsumer.

    • Answer Figuring this out has been pure torture. There's nothing in the user guide about how to print labels. There's no convenient bypass tray. You have to take out the paper in the regular paper tray, then put in your labels -- preferably a stack of label forms so that the labels feed properly. Then you have to format a custom paper size if you're using anything like the Avery standard (3.5" wide by 6.5" long). I love this printer for WiFi printing, scanning and copying. But when it comes to labels, I wish I still had my old HP 7110, even though it meant plugging in the USB cable every time I wanted to print a label.
