“Is this sold with "starter" ink cartridges that don't have much ink or are these regular, full cartridges?”

• The cartridges that come in the box will print approx 500 black/450 color. The replacement cartridges are 802 and regular capacity do 900/650 while XLs will do up to 2600/1900.
