- Answer If you mean editable text, No. Set up scan to PDF in Document capture Pro, use the Adobe Service to convert to Word or Excel. If you mean searchable text, Yes. Step#2 of Document capture Pro, under file type PDF, options, select "create searchable"

QuestionHi I need a home printer with certain capabilities like wifi, mobile printing, and display screen and prints somewhat fast but I don't print a lot. Would the ink dry out before I use it all? Is there a printer better suited for what I need but relieable?

QuestionI have noticed some of the Epson printers qualify for a 50 dollar trade-in credit for bringing in an old printer to trade. Is this offer available for this printer, and if so, how long does it last? If not, is it good on any other Epson inkjet models?

- Answer I traded in a dead printer and got $50 off of this one. With the current sale this week, it came doen to $129.99. Well worth the price!! Staples has the same printer trade in program through this Saturday.

- Answer Hi NeShawn, This is Eduard from Epson. No. The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4740 printer is only compatible with 802 and 802XL DURABrite® Ultra pigment ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges and ink supplies or edible ink are not compatible and, even if described as compatible, may not function properly. Hope this answers your inquiry!
