“What is the difference between the WF-4820 and the WF-4720? Also, I currently have the XP 7100 which loses connectivity constantly and wondering if the WF models do any better at that.”

Not sure of the difference but am sure its minute. Ihad an epson 8000 or something like that and lost connectivity a lot with the 4820 have not had that problem
