Is all the on PC software installed. Assuming Windows make sure you have the event manager running. Printer calls software to save to PC.

Your computer and the WF-7820 must also be connected to the same Wi-Fi network, or by USB cable. You can download the Epson Scan 2 software from the Epson support site. If this doesn't help, there are various FAQs, and User's Guides on the Epson Support site. You can also call for support using the phone number on the Start Here poster that came with your WF-7820.
