• We haven't tried it yet, but I can confirm the back sheet holder has sliders for any size down to 2.75 inch.

• Hi Bee, Sorry, index cards are too small for the WF-7840 to do automatic two-sided printing. It does have two paper trays for loading different sizes. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
