- Answer download the software from their website (Epson) - don't use the CD and you will be fine.

Questionprint colorsI have workforce 30 that is wearing out, I love the colors it prints, I purchased an Epson stylus printer and even though it uses the durabrite ink the colors don't print the same color as the workforce, reds were more pink yellows more pale and brown, colors just were not as vivid and were different shades, can anyone tell me if they had an older workforce printer they replaced with one of these or any other new wf model printer and if the colors print the same as the older workforce models. I need the printer to print the same shades of colors as my wf 30 prints.

- Answer I have the exact same problem with this printer printing photos. Faded overall, muted colors. Blue skies appear grey, red hair appears brown. Actually it works a little better printing from my iPad but not using the AirPrint utility. It requires that I use Epson's print application and that I turn the printer "on" manually.

QuestionHow can I print wirelessly to the WF-3620?I'd like to be able to print from my Android smartphone (4.4) to my printer, but have been unable to do so. In order to print wirelessly, you have to register the printer first with either Epson Connect or Google Cloud Print service. But I can't figure out how to register the printer with either one of these services. How do you register the printer to one of these? (I have no trouble printing via USB connection to my PC.)

- Answer Call Epson (800) 323-3272. They will walk you through wireless set-up. You may have to call more than once in order to get a rep who knows what they are doing. To printer from your Android smartphone go to Google Play. Download Epson iPrint. Choose the printer. Then select what you wish to print.

- Answer Yes! There are a port for USB and memory card. Check out the manual to see the specific memory card to use. or you can just get a memory card reader and hook it to the printer via usb and it will read it.

- Answer Although the color ink is sold in one pack, the ink cartridges are individual and can be replaced individually.

QuestionI only want to print black. Replaced that cartridge but it won’t print . Says 2 color cartridges are low too. Do I need to replace all the low cartridges to get it to work. Says the cartridges are in properly but won’t print.

QuestionI just installed new cartridges but it is barely printing or printing very faded washed out colors. Is it the printer or did I use bad cartridges sold at Best Buy? I ran nozzle check and head cleaning functions but it is barely printing.

- Answer Amen to this printer being junk! I left HP to try Epson, but never again. I have to clean the nozzles every few days and it STILL skips. I've spent hours with customer service and still it is a mess! Going back to HP today!
