• Found out after sending the question how to get rid of error Ox69 that it was the ink cartridges casing was not closed tightly. Thanks

• Looks like this could be an issue or error with Windows 7 related to the software installation. Here is what the Epson site referenced for a WF 3640. Missing of the file Epson WF3640 Error Code 0x69 Access violation of the Epson WF3640 Error Code 0x69 Cannot register Epson WF3640 Error Code 0x69 issue Cannot find %PROGFILES64%\WIDCOMM\Bluetooth Software\Epson WF3640 Error Code 0x69 issue Unable to start Bluetooth Software where a required component is missing: Epson WF3640 Error Code 0x69. Or update to the latest Windows 7 patches. /http://www.epsonprintersupportnumbers.com/blog/how-to-fix-error-code-0x69-in-an-epson-workforce-wf-3640 If this error occurred initially, brand new installation, I would first try and reinstall the Epson S/W then try installing any OS updates. It is possible another OS update also created an issue with your Epson installation. This does not appear as something broke with the printer so that is the good news.
