how do you load in ink cartriges null

You have to follow the on screen prompts. Go to setup, then ink levels, then hit replace cartridges. Then it will take you step by step

You change the ink by rotating up the scanner and then the print heads will come out. At that point you can pull the tab and rotate out the old cartridge and snap in the new one. There are instructions with the printer and you can also search on line for the owners manual with the instructions.

Refer to your users manual. It is very simple to do.
