Is it for sale or not. If so, where? Also, why not answer inquires in a reasonable time? Horrible customer service and experience from a seasoned customer experience professional. I dont think Im interested in purchasing provided CS seems to be slacking prior to purchase it would be naive to expect that to get better after purchase.
