The eufy E20 3-in-1 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection and does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. You will need access to a 2.4GHz network for setup and operation. If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, you can separate the two bands and ensure the robot vacuum is connected to the 2.4GHz band.
