• The E340 Outdoor Wired 3K PTZ Security Camera operates only on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and it cannot connect to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network. If your connectivity is exclusively on a 5GHz band, this camera will unfortunately not be compatible.
