I really don’t know. But I would try rebooting everything! Homebase, internet and WiFi. Good luck!

Please try again later. If your HomeBase 3 is not staying online and showing “Offline” in the eufy Security app, you can try the following troubleshooting steps: Check Power Connection: Ensure the HomeBase is plugged into a working wall outlet. The LED indicator light on the HomeBase should light up. If no indicator light is visible, try using a different 12V/2A power adapter or a different wall outlet. Verify Ethernet Cable Connection: Confirm the Ethernet cable is securely connected between the HomeBase and your router. Check for the Ethernet port indicator light on the HomeBase. If the light does not turn on, try using a different Ethernet cable. Restart Your Router: Occasionally, routers encounter connection errors. Restart the router by unplugging it for approximately 30 seconds and then reconnecting it to power. Reconnect your HomeBase after the router is back online. Reboot the HomeBase: To reboot the HomeBase, unplug the power adapter and the Ethernet cable, wait approximately 30 seconds, and then plug them back in. Remove and Re-Add HomeBase: If these steps do not resolve the issue, you can remove HomeBase from the app (HomeBase > Settings > Remove Device). After removing it, set up the HomeBase again as a new device by referring to Setting Up eufy S380 HomeBase (HomeBase 3) in the eufy Security App. Verify Internet Access: Check if your router is successfully accessing the Internet, and ensure other devices connected to the same router are functioning properly. Try these steps sequentially, as they cover common underlying issues related to power, connectivity, and app configurations. If your HomeBase 3 still does not connect to the internet after completing these troubleshooting steps, there may be a more specific issue with the device or your network setup.
