• You charge the rechargeable battery pack itself. The rechargeable battery pack resides in the compartment below where you install the 4 AAA batteries. The rechargable battery pack has a port on the side of it and needs a 5V/2A, USB-C charger to charge. Pretty much any USB-C charger meets that modest criteria. Unfortunately, the battery does not enable "Fast Charge" and takes roughly 8 hours to charge.
