In response to Eufy, I have not purchased the product but was instead asking if the product supports a 24x7 livestream running.

If you are unable to view the live stream in the app, please try to see whether you can view it on the following web portal: https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/login -Whether you can view the recorded video on the Events page. -Make your phone connect to a different wifi or switch the network to 4g/5g to see whther it helps. -If possible, what happens when trying a different phone? -Sometimes when the network is busy, for example, there are too many connected devices or multiple people are watching at the same time, or other devices connected to the network occupy a large amount of bandwidth, the problem may occur.
