• The only workaround is to hook up a separate router that does a 2.4GHz stand alone signal I have the Orbi Wi-Fi 6 mesh network and cannot connect so I had to buy a separate Netgear router just for this. Eufy & Netgear confirmed this to be the case unfortunately.

• It works on Netgear Orbi Mesh 5 with no problems. It found the Mesh network when I was setting it up.
