“When I purchased the one camera the salesperson at Best Buy said this would connect to the app after I download on my phone. However, it says I need a homebase. However, you do not sell this camera individually with a homebase. Why not?”

• You do have to buy a camera kit that comes with a homebase and cameras to get started but after this purchase, you would have the homebase and easily connect additional cameras no problem

• It will not connect without a Homebase unless it is a solo add on model. This one needs a Homebase. The Homebase 2 works great for $100. I have two of these and a doorbell on it. No problems at all.
