I have noticed that it periodically doesn't respond to my query to play a video. It typically happens for a short period, and then access is restored. I have also noticed that I can't view live while the camera is recording its video. This makes it almost possible to respond to whatever is going on at the time. For instance, you can't use live voice to talk to a person unless they are still standing there after the camera finishes its 30-second recording. A little disappointed in that.
