“What kind of pins does this have for SLI For two 970s, this will need 4, 6 pin connectors. For two 1080s, Im thinking 2, 8 pin connectors. Does this power supply have the option for either of the above?”

This unit has 3 vga outputs and I know for sure has enough cables for at least 3 6+2 and 1 6 pin so yes you would be good to go.
