As far as i know, you only really have to worry about the wattage and the number of different connector options. This has 850W which should be much more than your previous power supply, and it has plenty of connectors of all different types. So i believe the answer to your q is “yes”.

Most likely yes given the size of your current PSU, best way to ensure it fits would be to measure your current PSU and compare the measurements with this one

It should fit any mid tower case . it has 4 screw holes like any other psu.
