• Depends on your other components. I wouldn't use less than a 950 watt power supply with an RTX 3090 Ti. Use a couple of power supply calculators for a more accurate estimate.

• You would have to use the second PCI-E connector (provided) but you should be able to. Just make sure all your parts in your computer don’t suck up more than 800W to be safe
