Includes power cord and mounting screws? null

This power supply comes with everything you need including the screws. It also fits the old screws 9 times out of 10. I could have used the old ones but chose not too and saved them.

The power supply DOES come with a power cord but I did not find any mounting screws with it. They are industry standard size though - so what I had in my computer already worked just fine. This power supply snapped right into place in my Dell XPS 8300 anyway - barely needs screws.
