Customers are positive about the BR Series 700W power supply's performance, price, quiet operation, and ease of installation. Many appreciate its reliability and value for the money. However, customers are negative about the non-modular design, citing challenges with cable management as a result. Some users also reported issues with coil whine and, in a few cases, premature failure of the unit.

EVGA 700w PSU - Perfect

I upgraded my gpu from a rx 570 to a rx 5700xt and needed a stronger more reliable PSU. I had a 550w from one of the other makers and it was just not even close to what I needed. There were crashes, restarts and I lost a couple of sata drives. I got the evga 700w bronze and all of those issues went away. No crashes, no restarts, games like Wolfenstein and Call of Duty run smooth and all remaining drives are working well. I put this psu through many benchmarks and stressed it to make sure it would be good for my system. I feel better now and confident that my system will remain strong and safe. When I can afford to, I will get an even stronger EVGA PSU, but for now this does the job well.

PSU for Nvidia GeForce 2060

Everything i expected and more. Enough wattage to push my Nvidia GeForce 2060 with plenty left over for 32g of ram, cpu, etc. Very quiet compared to other models, and best of all it had the 8pin connector for the GPU AND a 4pin for the CPU, plus multiple sata, molle, etc. 24 pin connector for the MOBO which can be modified to other configs. Very, very satisfied.

Had it about a week so far, and it's a great unit. Brand name, 80+ bronze, black cabling (no ketchup and mustard, hooray!), and with 700w, you can run pretty much anything on this. Currently have a r7 5800x and a gtx 1070 until I can get my hands on a newer GPU. At this price point, there's not much better value out there.

I got this when it was on sale for $59.99 for my pc build. Was running a evga 600watt with a single pcie 6+2 x2 which was fine with my old rx580 graphics card, but wanted more and 2 separate pcie cables for my new Asus Rtx 3070 ko. This fit my wants and needs perfectly with some decent headroom so I know I’m not working it hard so it can last for years. Would definitely buy again when it’s on sale again for any future pc builds.

It's a power supply that won't explode, unlike many of Thermaltake's.

I give it a solid four because it’s great for the price but the wires are a little hard like when I tried connecting my 8 pin cpu header it took. Little bit to fit it in.

This is a budget friendly power supply, I would recommend for anyone on a budget. But if you want a clean build this might be a little rough to organize. Performance is okay, does stay pretty cool. But over time it does start to run a bit hotter.

Buying my 3rd unit. Service and registration of EVGA products is easy, and these PSU's deliver stable power while being quiet. Using 1 of these with my EVGA 2070 super FTW3 and I7 8700K @ 5 ghz. with 0 issues running 24/7.

I was in the market for a reliable power supply since I was building my first pc. Kept searching the internet practically night and day trying to find the best offer. Then I came across EVGA's line of power supplies. Had excellent reviews across the board. So I ended up buying their 700 watt Bronze rated non modular psu. I really wish I spent just a little more money for a semi modular psu but I have no regrets for my purchase. Would definitely recommend this power supply to anyone who is building a pc. Thumbs up all the way.

I bought this PSU to replace the one in my pc decided to cook then shut off, never to turn on again. This slid right into the case as if it was fitted for the case. The cabling for the mobo cpu and video card gave plenty of play to connect them then tuck them out of the way to allow airflow. The fan for the PSU gives off a barely audible hum, which makes it pretty close to a silent running PSU. Highly recommend this as a upgrade/replacement for those in need

So far so good. I am running two GPUs with each pulling around 70W - running pretty much non stop for a month, in addition to the rest of the system. Overkill, for what my application, but not complaining for the reliability and absence of headaches as a result of it at this price point.
