500 Watt or greater Power Supply 2 PCI Express 6 pin power connectors, PCI Express 2.0 or 3.0 Compliant motherboard with at least one graphics slot and Windows 8.1, 8, 7 or Vista
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nvida says that it can run on a 500W but It is recommended to get at least a 700W because you may have more fans or liquid cooling. So you can get away with a 500W but you'd risk burning it up so to be safe get at least a 700W. I have an 850 and it runs it great, but they aren't the cheapest ones out there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recomend a 600 W ATX power source with at least 2 6-pin power connectors, just in case. some people say 500W is ok, but who knows.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Requires two of the 4-pin power connectors and I am running an 800 Watt Power supply which is plenty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.500W minimum is recommended.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Minimum wattage is 500w. This is not recommended. When considering power supplies you need to consider everything else that would be drawing power as well as the video card. I would, at the very least, go with a 600 or 700 watt PSU. I have an EVGA 1050w Supernova (80 Plus Gold) to power my rig. Im also sporting two of these bad boys. You don't have to go with this PSU but its pretty nice. General rule of thumb is that you should have a PSU that is at least 30% higher watts than what is needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This could be answered by just looking up the specs on EVGA website. And looking at the box. Both would indicate to you that you need a minimum of 500W power supply and you will need 2 - 6pin GPU plugs. And in some versions 1 - 6pin and 1 - 8pin. This one requires 2 - 6pin Google is your friend and EVGA has a website that shows requirements and specs on all the products they manufacture.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.500 watts
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is recommended by Nvidia to have a minimum of 500 watt power supply for the GTX 970. I have two running in my gaming PC using a 750 watt Power supply. However, save your money. The product as shown is not 4GB in actuality. Its 3.5 GB. Nvidia lied to consumers about the GTX 970. This is for all GTX 970s on the market. Lawsuits are gearing up over this garaphics card. Please research this fact on the internet.
