Which game code are you referring to? I found the code for arkham knight was printed on my receipt, I had originally missed that it was right there. I'm not sure if that's the case for you as well, hopefully it is

If you bought during a game code give away only best buy can make it right so emailing them is really the only method. Hopefully they have or will make it right for you.
