Yes, my card has coil whine, I sold a GTX760 that had zero coil whine. I will return it as soon as I can because at this price coil whine is not acceptable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No I own 3 of these exact model of cards. Two are in gaming rigs with windows 10 pro and run like a champ and very quiet. One is in a MacPro 5.1 and it is so silent its hard to know if the card even has fans. But no coil whine from any of them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this card for about a week and did not notice any coil whine; I returned it because the location of the power connector was awkward for my PC.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I read the reviews of EVGA and some people complain about coil whine. I didn't notice any out of the ordinary. The cooler fans don't spin up until the card reaches a certain temp. I noticed when they did spin up I could hear them but it didn't bother me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I played Thief recently for a couple of hours and couldn't hear anything, it might make noise if you are going out of your way trying to listen for it. I've never experienced the whine so I don't know how loud it is supposed to be but if you're playing games with sound playing you shouldn't be able to hear anything anyway so why worry about it? If it was THAT loud they wouldn't have released the cards in the first place, some people just look for stuff to complain about.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No the new ACX 2 point 0 is so quiet you won't even hear it unless you play a game for over and a half hour
