• as you aren't being throttled by your cpu. The card itself will run it at ultra settings

• It will do 1440p on medium at 60fps. I have not played this myself yet, but from what I have seen around the web. Game debate, Tom's hardware, etc. They all have the same consensus. Metro Exodus is a very demanding game. Hope I have helped.

• Yes, but then the quality (frame rate) and such is dependent on other items, CPU, memory, display quality. It is not a simple answer since many components will have a cumulative effect on the game quality. Hope it helps.
