• Yes should work just fine on the Asus Prime. Just hook it up run the power to it uses 1 8pin connector.

• Yes, this card will be compatible with your motherboard. To achieve maximum efficiency, make sure to install it in the top PCI-e slot. I would also recommend that you have a power supply that is at least 500w.
