No! you need to replace your power supply with a new one that is at least 500 watts and has an 8pin cable for PCI-E.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will need to get an adapter (if one exists) that would take a dual 6-pin to an 8-pin. You cannot put two 6-pin together. You can do serious harm to either the graphics card or the power supply.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The EVGA website lists the RTX 2060 as needing a 500 watt power supply. You could try it and see as it is close to the rated power provided in your Dell. I would get a 650 Watt from EVGA or Corsair to be safe.
