A:AnswerYou'll most likely won't be able to get one till around the fall season. Scalpers are extremely desperate right now to make money. Don't buy from them. That is a horrible practice that should be illegal. Just have your grocery list of parts and set your money aside you need to just wait till production comes back to normal and buy what you need. This issue goes for AMD processors also.
A:AnswerOk I'm not certain but from what I've seen and I have been watch for a few months they go up from around noon to 2 and tend to pop back up at 8.
For how often to check id say check on every quarter hour or at leas every half, because the tend to pop up more frequently at those times. I usually stick around to watch for 2-3 minutes and later than 5 minutes I don't see them.
The answers for this vary wildly though so this is just my piece and what I've seen but I hope it helps.
A:Answerno backplate. Pretty sure the lip on the end of the card though is red like the 3080 and 3090. This shows it as black, but all the unboxings on youtube show red.
