The RTX 3070 does not support SLI so you will not be able to have 2 graphics cards.

Honestly with that budget, wait a week for the Zen 3 or get a 3900X. The 3600 may bottleneck at 1080p though.

Yes it does have SLI, I run 3 of them for my mining rig.
