- Answer Without knowing the spec of your build, I can’t be sure but I don’t see why you couldn’t use this. It’s basically the same set of cables from a different manufacturer

- Answer I believe this motherboard only needs 2 8 pins for the CPU and the 24 pin motherboard connector. So yes you should be good.

QuestionI have an AMD Radeon HD 6870 video card that needs two PCIe connectors with 6 pins, I have only seen the answers that say this has an 8 pin cable for the video cards, does this Power supply come with cables for PCIe that have a 6 pin end?

- Answer The 8 pin is a 6+2. If you need a six pin, the 2 extra pins can be folded over and not used

- Answer Possibly it has enough power for 4 VGA cards w/4 x PCI-E 8(6+2)-Pin x 2 cables. However, the 1000GQ has 6 VGA connectors w/2 x PCI-E 8(6+2)-Pin and 4 x PCI-E 8(6+2)-Pin x 2 cables.
