• Possibly it has enough power for 4 VGA cards w/4 x PCI-E 8(6+2)-Pin x 2 cables. However, the 1000GQ has 6 VGA connectors w/2 x PCI-E 8(6+2)-Pin and 4 x PCI-E 8(6+2)-Pin x 2 cables.

• I think it would, but I’m struggling to reason why you would pair them. Should power two GPUs though. It’s made for dual.
