Will this power my 990 Dt Pro 250 ohm headset? null

Yeah, it powers my hd6xx headset which is 300ohm just fine. You should have no trouble powering those cans with this audio card. It makes a huge difference in my experience over on board audio. If you have speakers that you also use it should power most of those very well too.
