Q: QuestionWill this power my 990 Dt Pro 250 ohm headset?
Asked by Flavio.
- A:Answer Yeah, it powers my hd6xx headset which is 300ohm just fine. You should have no trouble powering those cans with this audio card. It makes a huge difference in my experience over on board audio. If you have speakers that you also use it should power most of those very well too.

Q: QuestionIs this sound card compatible with a Compaq desktop that was built without one , and can it be used with a DAW for recording both music and vocals ?
Asked by Policeguy62.
- A:Answer You will have to read the specs on this card, I do believe there is a certain version of windows and above that you must use and of course it has to be plugged into a PCi-e 2.0 slot. I use it with Sonar Professional 2015 and track music, voice and all sorts of MIDI and what not and it is amazing!!! I have yet to have a problem, it might just take some tweaking to get the initial set up of the program you are using and the sound card to talk to each other properly but once you do..... smooth sailing!!
