I believe it would, it is not that large, however I have never used a small case but again, this card is not too large and is quite good!!! D
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will fit a sff case as long as you have a pcie x1 slot on the motherboard or pcie x16 and arnt using the spot for a gpu. It's a 1 slot card in width. The HD audio cord does plug right in the middle front of the card just as fyi. Not pleasant to look at behind a glass panel but the sound quality is worth it.
