• Dell Optiplex 790s only have 240 watt power supplies you will have to upgrade your power supply to 300 watts in order to run it.

• If you want to run WOW on high (and have it run well, anyway), you may need a slightly better card. This one only has 2GB of dedicated RAM which just isn't really enough. I would go with a card that as 4 at the VERY minimum.
