A:Answer It comes with a half-height back plate in the box, a full-height is installed in the package. Both video jacks are in the lower half of the back plate. I can't speak to it fitting in a specific case, but I have installed in a home theater PC and there is plenty of room above the heat sink and board, so I think it will likely fit in many half-height cases.
