In general, video cards aren't dependent on processor or ram, I would make sure you have a PCI express 3.0 port available, and enough space in your case around that port to fit the card since it's a tad large. Glad you thought of power supply as yes you will need a good unit for newer cards. Those specs with this card should get you maxed out GFX on all current games at 1080p.
