A:Answer So, I just bought my 1060, and I also have dual monitors. Mine are both HDMI (They might have dvi cables, I just don't use dvi often). Depending on the hertz (hz) of your monitor, I would highly recommend Display Port. It is faster (not by a ton but a decent amount) than HDMI, and if you have a monitor with over a 120 hz refresh rate, then your hdmi cable will limit that. DIsplay Port will allow you to get the full 144 hz of your monitor (if you have one), since HDMI cables normally max out at 120 hz. Even if you don't have a 144 hz monitor, a DisplayPort cable is the way to go, since if you end up upgrading your monitor in the future you have the cable, and they aren't overly expensive, I picked mine up for 12 dollars at Best Buy after pice matching Target I think (Best Buy price matches everywhere!!). The back of the 1060 also has 3 DisplayPort ports, and only 1 HDMI and 1 DVI, so the Display port gives you more options to add on more items. I hope this helped!
