Does it come with a backplate null

Not that Im aware of or at least mine did not come with one.

There is no backplate with this card. I own this card and can be confirmed on http://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=06G-P4-6267-KR

Depends on what you consider a back plate. It is quite sturdy and does not have nearly any flex or sax when installed on my motherboard. But would I call it a "Back plate", No I would not. I would consider a back plate an optional piece of equipment or maybe standard on a Higher end or enthusiast type card.
