• Depends on if you get the in-store warranty. If you don't, it has the original mfg warranty. If you do, you have the BB in-house warranty.

• manufacturer. Best Buy will only cover you as long as your return policy allows, most people that is 15 days. So you will need to go through manufacturer after two months or so.

• I purchased the card at our local Best Buy store yesterday and asked if I could purchase a Best Buy extended warranty. The clerk told me Best Buy does not sell Geek Squad or BB extended warranties for components like video cards. He said I would have to use the manufacture warranty for any repair.
