Most vr systems require a gtx1050 Ti minimum, gtx1060 or better is recommended. You also need it to have a display or mini display port (not just HDMI port). If you want to run VR well, you'll want a gtx1660 Ti or better. There are some AMD cards that will do well and the sky is the limit depending on your budget. *Make sure you power supply unit can handle the card you choose in power and connector type, each card had a recommended min power supply wattage. There are lots of Youtube videos on this.
