A:Answer After excessive speaking with employees. Apparently each time they're in stock it's from the morning to around 12 AM (EST). But they sell out in seconds. People have found a way to manipulate the system and but it the second it comes out, they're usually in stock every month from the dates of the 15-18th. I was told,
"Well, as an employee you might think i shouldn't be saying this. But open multiple devices to try and get it the second it comes out. People have made bots that can purchase it the second it comes out, and it really annoys me as I had the same problem when I tried purchasing mine." -Best Buy Employee
So, those are the dates where they're usually out. But they're almost always out of stock in person as well.
