Yes it's a good match given the low wattage this card needs to run. Anything bigger I would recommend upgrading the PSU.

I think this gpu is too powerful for your processor. A GTX 1660 would work though. I used the bottleneck calculator on PC-Builds.com to look this up. Be aware however that their calculator is only for comparison and not useful as a primary decision making tool.
