• Assuming you mean Z370, it will fit that board. Just know that 2080 TI's are thick cards. This specific one will take up 3 rear slots. So if you have to use the middle PCI-e x16 slot, it will cover both the PCI-e slots below it.

• Yes it will. Your Mobo has 1 x PCI Express x16 slot. As long as you have at least a 700w PSU, you have enough room in your box and enough cooling capacity, it will work fine. This GPU is a triple width and full length card, a power hog and runs hot. You can all the specs you need from EVGA's website.
