“Will this card be ok to use even though my pc only has one big fan for cooling? don't want it to over heat, its also vented on one side too but no place to put multiple fans. Im currently running a Ryzen 7 3700x with a msi 1660 gtx”

This card generates a lot of heat, I would recommend more ventilation. I have an mATX case with two 120mm fans in, two fans out and water cooling for the CPU. With the case closed, the card reaches It's limit very fast (around 84 C) and will limit the performance. If I open up the side of the case, temperature drops to 72 C and I get much better performance.
