Yes. The card is the exact same.

Anyone with culture would clearly know it as the "IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZAH AAAAAAAHH" version though. B is for black, because I assume nvidia or EVGA did not like the GPU being called clown lips. Though you're probably not likely to get one or the other more, just what's listed. I got a red lipped one from best buy.
